Banana Chan is a series of anime scripts, and various scenes have been drawn speculatively as manga pages! If you want to speculatively draw scenes that haven't been drawn in spec yet, or if you want to draw the entire series, I'll post your work here! Just contact me at newlegend2005@yahoo.ca
The AnimeQueens (Heather Ewert & Megan Ewert) are two sisters who reign from Glyndon Minnesota. In roughly February 2002, when I had about 11 episodes written for an early draft of the series, and the whole series begun with an intro about Buster as a toddler when he got his time-travel ability from Baka ... well, that's when the lovely Ewert sisters volunteered (due to my begging) to draw that intro.

Long after The AnimeQueens' drew that intro, I was still editing and drafting the scripts, and I was blown away by art that I saw on Liana Buszka's deviantArt page. So I asked her if she'd be interested in doing the manga. And I said that if she draws the manga, then she could play a role in the art department of the anime if the anime ever gets produced. This was enough to convince her -- she was a fellow anime fan. She produced some amazing pages that reflected where the story begun at the time of the draft of the scripts at the time. But the main problem was the fact that I was still obsessively re-drafting the scripts at the time when she decided to draw the series. So ultimately, she couldn't draw more than a few scenes before it was a rational choice for her to quit. Her pages are amazing!

I was still in a state of constant re-drafting and editing when Yudhianto Bambay decided to try his hand at drawing the series as a manga. But this was very close to when I decided where the series begins within the timeline of the storyline. So a lot of these pages reflect events that you'll see in the scripts for episode one. Two of these pages were drawn by Bayo Aji ... you'll know which ones.
